I worked for Comfort Keepers as a caregiver for about four years. I recently have taken a position at a hospital working in another capacity. I have to say for a small knit team of women everyone worked well. These are women that care. I've cried over the phone regarding personal issues and no judgement was placed upon me. I have been working on the Comfort Keepers team for almost 3 years now in the HR Department. My role is to hire and manage the caregivers for the Elgin location. I can tell you that each and every scheduling manager works hard to staff their clients and to make sure that we are upholding the CK mission, and tries to provide white-gloved service to each client, no matter how service is provided (through the state or private pay).
