5 star company through and through Excellent, professional and honest. We have been a happy customer for 8 years. We needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner and were more than pleased with their service and know-how. Happily continuing our business relationship with Comfort Keepers and their knowledgeable team. A true gem for customer service. Never a run-around. On time, clean, great business!
Do Not Use Them!! Do not use, they are not knowledgeable and do not respond quickly. My heat is out tonight, the third time in 6 weeks. They cannot figure out what is wrong with my furnace. I have had 2 techs out and they just keep replacing parts and billing me. I called tonight to their emergency number and have gotten no response. Another night sleeping in the cold. Thanks Guys
Great Plumbing and HVAC Company I have been a client of Comfort Keepers for years for our heating and air conditioning and have always been very happy with the service I have received. Recently we found out that they have a plumbing division and were quite pleased with the plumber that came out. We will certainly use their plumbing and HVAC services again in the future.
Good HVAC Company Comfort Keepers is an excellent company to turn to if you need any type of HVAC work done, especially for the service or installation of heating and air conditioning systems. I was glad I turned to them when I was having problems with my AC. Their technicians are very skilled and knowledgeable and they completely explained the situation and the options available to me. This Company Is Great! I couldn't believe how friendly and knowledgeable the technicians are! I am so glad that we chose Comfort Keepers to install our new furnace and air conditioner! I would most definately recommend them to all of my friends and family. It's not everyday that you find a service company so reliable.
