I am so grateful to Comfort Keepers for the excellent service and care they provided to my mother-in-law after a challenging surgery. Scheduling was easy and very flexible. The caregivers were all warm, caring, and professional — they helped with everything we needed, including meal preparation, bathing, walking, and cleaning, all of which supported a successful recovery. Keep ignoring these requests for review, but since they keep coming I will provide an honest review. We wish we would have loved comfort keeper service, however they cannot keep any consistent staff and every time I turned around somebody new was showing up at odd times to my grandparents home without communication. Giving two stars because the first person we had was great. We terminated their services in September and we continue to get requests for a review a couple times a week.
Helping my father remain in his home after he no longer can drive. Assistance comes every day for approximately 4 hours and drives/accompanies him to either breakfast or dinner. Also helps with lite housekeeping, laundry and additional items needed, and provides transportation to the grocery and doctor appointments. Working out very well for the past 2 months
In a word, meh. I think I may have used their services once or twice for my dad. One of the “caregivers” brought his teen daughter along with him. He got into his car and drove off to do whatever while he left her with my dad. I wanted to report him at the time, but I didn’t want to put my dad at potential risk of retaliation.
Doreen has been my comfort keeper for several months. I am recovery from extensive back surgery. Doreen has been exceptional. She anticipates my needs and is very sweet. Comfort Keepers does a wonderful job for its clients. A+++
