About 8 months ago an employee took over the York/New Cumberland/Goldsboro locations among other locations. Caregivers were not showing up and I didn't get a phone call that no one was able to take care of my parents. My mom would be the one calling me that no one showed up. I took in to consideration that with the whole COVID thing that all businesses were suffering in one way or another so I let it go a few times.
