Comfort keepers did light housekeeping at my aging mother's home. She wanted to live independently but there were things she was no linger able to do. She wouldn't have admitted it, but the comfort keeper employee became a bit of a companion who she became comfortable sharing conversation with .... Perfect for what she needed.
Comfort Keepers has supported our family for approximately 4 years now. First supporting my mom to keep her in her residence and secondly continuing to support her in her retirement facility. The Management team is consistently responsive to the ongoing and changing scheduling needs and remains open to feedback as to how to best support the family. Comfort Keepers was a tremendous help to our family when my mother was fighting cancer through end of life care. They were diligent and communicated very well. The care givers were compassionate and friendly. If there was ever a problem (rare), Comfort Keepers would act swiftly to provide a solution.
