I booked this hotel two months in advance because of the good star ratings and affordable price. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the reviews. Our toilet was literally coming up from the floor, and when I reported it to the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. The room itself was dusty, the toilet had what looked like black mold around the rim, and there were spiders in the corners. My room was spotless, with a great bed and reliable Wi-Fi — perfect for both rest and work. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and a few attractions not too far away. Safety standards are well maintained, and I felt comfortable both inside and outside the property. Breakfast had plenty of options, and I also enjoyed trying nearby cafés. A nice detail was how quickly the staff responded to requests.

Paid in advance for a room for two nights. Drove over 5 hours to the hotel just for them to say I only reserved a room, when it shows on my bank statement that it has pulled. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. What a ruined trip.

Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ...
