We called cancel and employee told us cancel confirm but we still got charge for July 23-24, 2025. Confirmation # 13905658639293005965 We made reservation by mistake area then cancelled immediately after booking. Still charged me $118.29
The front desk lady was very judgmental and rude. As a paying customer I feel like a criminal to bother eating the continental breakfast. How dare I bother eating food!! Never have I been this embarrassed and judged. Even if I were homeless or in need of food, it's wrong to make someone feel they are criminals after paying and being a guest in this hotel. Shame on the commu ity and hotel.
