Nice, quaint hotel. Many historical objects in display. Had to empty my own room dehumidifier daily with a lower level room.
The women at check in was so nice and helpful. We needed a place to stay for the night on the way to Wichita, KS. We had a 2 and 4 year old with us. It was comfortable for our night stay! Room was clean. It did have someone's chocolate milk in the fridge, but that was ok, we just threw it out. Everything else was clean. Nice clean rooms.
We really had high hopes for this hotel from the website and reviews. We drove 2 and a half hours for a weekend getaway. However, when we got there it wasn't what we were expecting. The chlorine smell was overbearing the lobby/breakfast area. We were given a room and the light didn't work, bathroom door didn't close, and there was an awful musty smell.
