0% customer service…barely make eye contact when talking to you. Refreshment area way over priced, for example a can soda was $3 🤯 This is no luxury hotel, so to charge $3 for a little can drink is outrageous. General areas smelled like the staff (home cooking). Room phone had dial tone but did not connect to any service within hotel. In the room they promote a hotel restaurant that doesn’t exist. Overall it was an odd experience. Only booked because Springhill Suites was booked.
It is a Choice Hotel. STAY AWAY!! Just stay away. We only stay at these places when forced to by Hockey stay to play. This one was horrible. First thing I noticed was the breath well sticker on the front door. I then walked in and was punched in the face by the smell. I mean yes some of it was curry since the owners live there and use the lobby for meals, but it was a punch in the face. This hotel is dirty and smells terrible. There was no room service unless you hunted someone down and asked for it. Breakfast was barely edible, watery eggs and stale cereal. Bed sheets were stained and comforter had what appeared to be cigarette burns on it. Towels were stained and in short supply. Do not recommend in anyway.
This place is low-key bad...as soon as I walked in the roof was leaking into a mop bucket and the smell was hard. When I walked into my room? Harder. It smelled and felt warm at the same time and there was a mixture of chemical scents in my nose. When I showered the bedroom started flooding....like please calk your showers! Breakfast is mediocre, I suggest making a waffle though it was pretty good, just dont overflow it...the water they give out tastes like they got it from the pool and they sell dippin dots for $5 each like... read more
Nice clean quiet location and one of my favorite places to stay in south jersey. The staff and management are very accommodating
