We stayed there for one night. We took our son to the airport. It’s about a 10 minute drive from RDU. We chose the family suite. They had a conjoined room suite. Both rooms were very spacious! Both rooms smelled very clean. My family enjoyed the jetted tub in our room. Parking was good. Pool was a bit dirty on the bottom but it was still refreshing to enjoy. I had a very disappointing experience. During our stay, my boyfriend’s phone was broken, and instead of taking responsibility and getting it repaired or replaced, management acted like offering a free night’s stay would make everything okay. A free night does not make up for damaged personal property. Housekeeping was hardly cleaning the rooms , even when it was asked to clean we had to wait another day and the bed was raggedy ! There is a vile odour at the hotel and in the rooms. Can’t say exactly what it is but it’s terrible.
It was clean! No dust. Sheets, and pillow cases clean. Bathrooms clean no dust, but Bathroom floors could be cleaner, and carpet could be cleaned, and cleaner
1. My first night there, I needed an iron cos the one in the room wasn't working. I had to go to front desk for another one which didn't serve the purpose well. 2. I specifically asked for a quiet area but Day 4 till I left was extremely noisy with loud shouting and footsteps of people running around. 3. Day 5 there were police cars all around when I got in.
