Well just as things where looking up for this place it seems they have taken a major step backwards. I was originally told the old manager Russell was taking some time off when I stayed at the end of March but now i've been told has left and been replaced by someone who obviously has no idea about customer service or what a clean towel is. A overflowing garbage bin greating you as you enter reception, no towel rail in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, a power point hanging out of the wall and staff that are clearly only th... read more

I was travelling solo and felt very unsafe at this motel from the moment I arrived. I thought I’d give it a shot though, after all it was just a sleep. Unfortunately there were large groups of people socialising and yelling and swearing throughout the night. They were going around knocking on various doors. The window was broken so I couldn’t block the noise and I was unable to sleep at all. I gave up at left at 4am, mainly due to safety. Clean, comfortable, convenient location
Great motel in Traralgon.. Very central to alot of things around town. Arrived had an upstairs room, my friend couldn't get up stairs so the lovely girl kindly rearranged rooms so we could be ground floor for 6 nights
