Booked a standard room with kitchenette online for a week (microwave and stove) only to be given a room with microwave only. Staff not willing to switch to another room as was booked. Will never book here again nor will I let my staff stay here. I genuinely urge others to book else where.
Great value accommodation for what you pay. Room was exactly what you needed, neat and tidy with everything working.
Good nights sleep
Comfortable 3 nights stay and its in the centre of the town so convenient everything on the walking distance. Staff really helpful and friendly. Surely stay here again during my next visit in Traralgon.
