Disappointing customer service and terrible cleaning service…
Shocking customer service. The room key stopped working when I went outside and I couldnt get back in. Had to wait hours for reception to open. No after hours number. The only choice hotel I've ever stayed in that has no after hours number. Drove 4 hours to visit my sick father and it ruined everything.
Aircon wouldn’t work on heating only cooling and it was cold at night, also staff were yelling loudly on their phones out the front of room1 at 8am when getting their cleaning gear out from sheds when I was trying to sleep . Also I would not suggest to stay in rooms 1-4 as they under these big trees that overnight totally dirtied our cars with branches that I had to go find a car wash after .
