The hotel needs some serious updates. The floor is shaky. It felt like somebody is kicking the bed when there is someone is walking around in the hallway or in another room. I don’t know if it will hold if there is an earthquake. The carpet is dark brown and looks very dirty.

My sister and I are always travelling for concerts and events around California. We went for the 5 Seconds Of Summer concert in mountain view. We were 13 min away from the venue so that was a really big plus. Holy Moly, we absolutely loved the hotel. The rooms were really nice considering the rooms have carpet. Im usually really iffy about carpets as sometimes they trap smells from previous guests etc etc but i felt comfortable enough to walk on it barefoot. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Be careful if you plan to stay here because they'll falsify information to avoid returning your deposit. I'm so angry! The hotel called me saying they charged me $60 because, according to them, we left the bedspread stained and yellowed. That's completely false. We weren't careless at all. I asked for proof, and they sent me a picture after it was washed. That doesn't prove anything to me. Where the hell is the picture before it was washed? Rooms are actually pretty comfortable & clean (AC Bed wonderful) What makes this place 5 stars is the service though, Sameer & Kevin at the front desk especially! Thanks for a wonderful stay and hospitality

Can’t even get the receipt after staying. Front desk staff does not serve well. Small room so the poor service
