**EDIT** in response to hotel: Contrary to your claims, additional time was not granted, and we did not check out after 11:30 AM. The hotel receptionist declined our request to check out at 11:30am, so we packed in a rush and left around 10:50am. It’s disappointing to provide incorrect information that dismiss our experience. We value honest communication, and unfortunately, these false claims have made our experience worse. As such I am reducing my rating from 4 to 3 stars.** We stayed here for a couple of nights. Location was awesome- super close to the lake and downtown hurricane, only 30 min from Zion. There’s a beautiful area to walk around and see the views nearby. But the best part is that this hotel is cleaaannnn! The ladies did a great job on our room everyday, the pool area, the bathrooms, the lobby and breakfast area- all so clean! The owners were very kind and helpful. We definitely would come back again!
Terrible service dcouldn't communicate any information clearly
All the hotel staff was good...except one guy working the desk. Relatively disrespectful and that wasnt acceptable to me.
