The room was nice and clean. The bed was more firm than I like. Service was wonderful even though there is a sign on the mirror saying there wasn't any without request. The important thing here is the breakfast is the SAME every day. I know free hotel breakfasts are going downhill, but at least some have variety. This one does not. The eggs are basically egg whites, there are Cheerios and Frosted flakes. Packaged muffins, instant oatmeal packets, not hot cereal. Every day. I stayed here for a long time and had a great experience. The staff treated me like family and I felt I could go to them when I needed help with something. I enjoyed my breakfast each morning and that I was able to drink tea throughout the day. The location was perfect. I only have great things to say about my experience.
This look like a newer establishment that but it maybe a little bit older than I perceive and maybe just just well kept. It did seem like they weren't using required brand products such as soaps, shampoos and pillows. Mine was definitely not brand required. My mattress was hard as a rock but they promptly made it softer. The room and hotel is extremely clean. Hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was ample and easy to find. I would rate this hotel 10/10 stars if I could. The hotel staff were nothing but kind and supportive. Dimple, the hotel manager went above and beyond. I appreciated the breakfast and having access to coffee/tea throughout the day. The chocolate mints at the front desk were a nice pick me up. I also noticed that the hotel staff were friendly towards other guests and always appeared to be in a good mood. I enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future! :)
