Love everything about our stay. Especially the very friendly lady who was in the dining room serving/prepping breakfast.
room bedding was not clean or changed, reception service asked to come down get new bedding. then got another dirty, not fitting the bed king size. disappointed
Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Everything you want at a reasonable price!
Charged $25 for a worn white towel that had hot sauce on it, never mind the bed that was a stone or the shower that barely worked, a bathroom fan that was a jet engine. The ac was almost an none existence. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Also the pool is filled with swimming lessons, the water is dirty and the hot tub has a film on it.
Very rude staff. Sofiya at front desk is rude, demanding, and clearly does not want to be there. Handles passport with 0 care, gets angry easily, and makes multiple micro aggression comments. BEWARE there’s a reason why the overall rating is so low.
