THIS PLACE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AT A VERY TRAGEDY THAT OCCURRED IN MY SISTER'S AND DAUGHTER, AND 2 PET DOG'S AT A TIME WHEN MY SISTER'S X- HUSBAND AND BEST FRIEND AND, HER DAUGHTER'S FATHER TRAGICALLY TOOK HIS LIFE IN THEIR HOME ONE NITE, THIS NICE HOTEL OPENED UP THEIR DOORS WITH OPEN ARMS AND, COMFORTED THEM WITH CONTENIENAL BREAKFAST AND, DISCOUNTS AND, ANYTHING ELSE THEY NEEDED, MISS HAVEN AT THE FRONT DESK WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF THEIR NEEDS WERE MADE, AND THEY WERE COMFORTABLE IN EVERYW... read more
People that work there are really nice and helpful but breakfast is hardly never ready in mornings guy that makes is aways late getting it out and bacon is never cooked all the way
Extremely pissed not a happy customer stayed for one day they end up charging me for 2 days lady front desk apparently never checked me out where I clearly told her I am checking out then deep a manager calls me and says he is very sorry and we’ll fix the matter immediately and never did not happy customer and need my refund immediately .
Had a problem in room 118 at 0400 they didn't tell us when we checked in that the room butts up against the pantry for the kitchen! Workers come in and set up for breakfast making all kinds of noise. When I complained the manager comped my bill because they should have done that! Nice man good hotel good breakfast will stay there again.
Stayed here to attend my sister's wedding in Roanoke. Great staff clean rooms
