Fun, efficient check-in. Very good breakfast. Good coffee all the time. Large, clean, comfortable room. Easy access off and on to I-81. Great rates.
I stayed at this due to the good reviews. I even booked a suite to accommodate our party size. I was poorly led. The room seemed very unfinished. To make the suite they took adjoining rooms and put a couch in the second room with a TV. Very unfinished and echoey do to lack of anything. Not very welcoming or inviting. Also I found the overall cleanliness of the room to be very low. With the hostess being friendly when we arrived, I could have overlooked an awkward room. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were neat and clean. Very pet friendly which we appreciate! Employees were very courteous and helpful when necessary.
Rooms are not sound proof at all. I could hear the TV in the adjoining room and kids jumping on the bed, talking, suitcase wheels, someone walking above us.
Looked new, nicely updated, very clean. Samuel was very helpful. I liked the extra hooks in the room.
