So, let me start off by saying that my father booked this hotel on accident. My father and I come down to go to a chiefs game and we get to this little place with what looks like NO parking... get checked into our room, go to the game no problem. The lady that night was very friendly. Made me feel welcome. We get back and start noticing, they stuffed toilet paper near the lights in the bathroom because there were holes in the wall there! Room was not cleaned well. Debris on the floors. Asked to put a card on file just in case there was damage done to the room. Had some breakfast. Mgr didn't greet ALL guests that were having breakfast..

I stay in Comfort Suites / Choice brand hotels more than 100 nights a year and this by far is the lowest quality one I’ve stayed in. The biggest problem is the extreme level of difficulty in communicating with management most of the staff. English is quite obviously a second language. The hotels land line has been “down” according to the manager for over a week now. They act as if it’s not an issue and offer nothing more than a lackluster apology for the major inconvenience.
