I am not sure how this hotel has 3.6 stars. I stayed here June 18-21 (so when the owner reads this, they can verify). The elevator was broken. The front desk said if I can deal with the stairs, they would put me in one of the "updated" rooms on the 3rd floor. I'll just say this, I would hate to see the other rooms. They never cleaned the room once we got there (yeah, I know, you have to ask....what a joke). The room and lobby are very rundown. Great value. This was an airline provided accomodation due to cancelled flight. There were 3 people at the counter, which was a welcome improvement for customer service. They were very helpful as well. The rooms were spacious, and well equipped for being considered economy. The breakfast (included) was decent. Had free parking as well. Only minor annoyance - the electrical outlets were all extremely loose and my adapter kept falling off. The exhaust fan was rattling and loud.
