I had some complications that were my fault, and Tiffany at the front desk did everything she could do to help me. Very helpful, polite, caring. If I owned a hotel I would want her at my front desk. My room totaly comfortable and clean.
My stay at this hotel was perfect. After ten hours in the road I was beat. Tiffany welcomed me with a big smile making me feel right at home. My room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Should my travels take me through Rapid City again, this will be where I stay.
The good, Hotel and rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. The bad, continental breakfast was terrible. A breakfast sandwich from a gas station would have been better.
Clean, met all our needs and more, it was clean, great location for the surrounding and it was clean!
