Beyond disappointed with this place. As a Diamond choice member, we have been to a lot of Comfort Inns over the years and this one is a lemon. We arrived to find a pile of bugs on the floor of our room...like they swept but didn't pick up the results. The door was also propped open which was weird. There was a living fly in our room. The ac wasn't on so it was hot as hell. The floor has multiple sticky spots and a real pleasant brown stain on it as well. Hotel was nice, breakfast was good (better than most-Tony and another male staff member, without a name badge, was excellent with keeping everything stocked and clean. A high-five to them for their for their hard work), the front desk staff night and day time were over the top.
