Pet friendly. Accommodated stay on first floor room near outside door for elder with dog. Nice area to walk dogs. Easy, congenial sign-in. Getting to point of consideration for updates to be given.
It was ok
The breakfast was great! The room was partially dirty and the sofa was really worn. No plastic baggie in the ice bucket and wifi password was not easy to access. Breakfast was definitely the best part of the experience.
Hotel cancelled our reservation with no advance notice or any communication. We drove out 35 miles to the hotel that night. I called in the morning to confirm my reservation. When we came to check in close to midnight, we were told that there is no room for us. We booked directly through choice.com. When I asked if there are any rooms available one of 4 front desk people told me that she does not know. They said that the hotel lost Internet and now they don't know which rooms are occupied and which ones are available. There ... read more
We travel with service dogs, first room had pee around bed skirt. Changed rooms, less pee around bed skirt - assume pets can only go in these two rooms and addition cleaning between guest is not performed. Carpet very dirty. May be fleas in room. We pre treat pups before traveling- everyone was itchy. No coffee 24/7. Staff very nice and tried to accommodate.
