We had reservations for three nights (2+1) separated by four days. I found out the 2-night reservation was not cancellable, but the 1-day was. Very confusing on their booking website. Our group hiking trip to the Grand Canyon was cancelled due to the August 29 flash floods. I explained to the agent that we could not use the 2-day reservation and asked for a future credit. I have traveled many places for many years staying in hotels across the country and the world. I have never experienced such a distressing stay, or a non-stay. I asked why there is a car parked in front of the hotel blocking me from the hotel canopy. The manager / owner told me he could park wherever he wanted to because he owns the hotel. I said, what about your guests? He said I'm the owner, I can park wherever I want to. I said, after a small interchange that I was going to leave a review. L’hôtel est proche des activités et il y a de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Les prestations sont conformes au descriptif et le personnel est agréable.
