ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !! We were put in one room and there was still pee and pubic hair in the bathroom . I complained and after MANY refusals he finally let me switch rooms - the next room was even MORE disgusting . Toe nails - pubic hair - bugs - dirt - so I want BACK to the front and he put us back in the original room after they “cleaned” it . Although comfort suites is in the process of upgrading, there are still some things that need to be done. Elevator looks very shabby. After viewing the fairly nice lobby, next impression is Elevator. Next is newly laid carpet in halls. Looks like waves instead of flat carpet. I could name a few, but these 2 would make a better impression if fixed.

The photos online were much nicer than reality. The walls are paper thin and cleanliness is questionable. People are loud late at night and at on multiple occasions kids attempting to open the door of our room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
