The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. We had the 4th floor (highest) two story room. I think awesome value, everything clean, quiet in our room (after one change of room).

Don't stay here in the off months. There was blood on my bed cover, blood on the shut out curtains, breakfast is bland and the same thing every day, the gym smells like rotting playdough, the staff are almost nowhere to be seen. I went to check out this morning and nobody was at the front counter. The door to the office behind the counter was closed, but I could hear someone watching videos on their phone because their volume was so loud you could hear it through the door. Very nice pool area. Breakfast was fine. Not alot to chose from but fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, waffle makers. I had a partial view king room. The room was arranged strange. The only way to see the ocean was to stand at the slider. The bed and tv area need to be switched. Can't see out tge window from the bed or any chairs. Room doesn't need a desk but could use a small table and another night stand. It was weird.
