No cleaning service for over 3 days. When i asked the lady can she come, she said no, i said why, then she started to talk in a diff language. Front desk wouldn’t give me no tissue. Garbage can had old condoms under the garbage bag- so bags wasn’t changed just trash taken out. I’m really upset with the service here:!
The room was overpriced for the "quality" or rather lack there of. We specifically booked the heart shaped jacuzzi sweet to celebrate our anniversary. The floors were dirty and had debris, hair, used qtips and trash all over them. The jacuzzi had hair in it, half of the jets didnt even work, the ones that did squealed so loud you couldn't relax. Friendly employees. Great breakfast. Only problem was I went to use the single coffee pot and there was a moldy pod in it.
