Very clean and very friendly!!
Clean rooms, comfortable beds and the perfect location! Customer service could be better. We called and asked for more towels/washcloths and never received them. Had to call back several hours later and someone finally brought them to our room. There were never any pool towels in the pool area and the elevator feels like it’s going to break every time you use it.
The staff was very helpful and nice. I will definitely stay there for my next visit to Nashville
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was unacceptable, and the level of service was extremely poor. The manager showed little to no concern for guest issues, and nothing was done to fix the situation. Completely not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
