quiet & clean rooms, nice staff, close to custer state park and mt rushmore. no complaints (we stayed in the non busy season), one of the best hotel breakfasts ive had
Nice location to parks. Rooms were typical, it was exactly what we needed. I love a hotel that has windows that open completely and these ones do. Breakfast was decent and had Udi gluten free bagels and muffins sealed in bags. Walking distance to shopping and eating as well as historic area. Double check what time restaurants and shops are open until, they may close early depending on season. Cute area.
Beds are awful like sleeping on metal poles. Staff are rude and not helpful and don’t ask for an extra blanket or clean towels for an extra night you will have to go to the desk and carry it all back yourself for 180 a night
This is a great location for seeing Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park. It is a typical Comfort Suites with all the amenities. Breakfast service and room attending are excellent. We were on the go the whole time so we did not take advantage of all the amenities, but rest assured they have them all.
