If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First and foremost the pictures of this place is a complete lie. The place stunk of Marijuana and smoke. Not a very quiet place as it is accompanied by Oriley auto parts and shakeys parking lot. 1 thing I can say this place had cameras everywhere you looked. So either its to have security or its a shady place. Elevator was sketchy at the most and had a "temporary" certificate of inspection. Sounded like it was going to fall 3 stories. I have been a choice hotel member since 2020 and I never had customer service handle so poorly and with disrespect. There was misunderstanding with me having my service animal. 06/12/26 I made reservations early to have a decent more modern room, Instead of the manager following rules and policies, He was being rude and disrespectful about me having my services animal and he mocked and discriminated me as someone who has a real disability. I've always had good experiences at Comfort Inn hotels. This has been the exception. From the moment we drove up to the breakfast next day, were sorely disappointed in the overall quality and vibe (best thing was the Shakey's next door). The hotel is painted an industrial gray and this theme extends to the room we had with a door that opened into a prison like hallway. The room itself was "clean" but very dingy and dark but did include a small sink and fridge. The front desk is located behind glass and the staff were meh. Th... read more
Staff is very friendly, rooms are big and beds are comfy. Pool was cool. Overall I would definitely book again.
