Our stay was extremely disappointing, particularly because we were staying for 21 days while I recovered from open-heart surgery and needed to remain close to my surgeon. We were traveling from out of town, and the hotel had accommodated us regarding the deposit because of our medical situation. Stayed here and on our first night I woke up at 12am to someone trying to get into my room good thing i had the security lock latch up top, I ran and slammed the door shut and locked it. I tried calling the desk the phone in the darn room did not work. Then tried calling on my phone they hung up on me so i called on my daughter phone and they answered.
