Great place !!
Terrible experience. Stayed in December. At least one room we booked had remnants of bed bugs. Immediately we went and reported it to the front desk, showed them photos of the bed bugs pooh, and said we did not want to stay in the hotel because bed bugs are horrible to deal with and not worth 70 dollars. We were told the manager would call us back, which we did not receive. We called several times to speak with the manager, and never got a call back. Usually stay here when in town. Always friendly staff and good value. They also have a heated pool and free breakfast.
The room was non smoking but wreaked of smoke. No wash clothes in bathroom. Black mold in the shower. A howling noise from HVAC all night. Terrible place. No response from Manager even though a complaint form was filed.
Best place for the buck. Planned one night only but kids decided to stay at their dorm for New Year’s Eve so stayed another night. Guy who ran the desk the day of check in later identified as Dan was the best of any desk clerk at any of the other hotels I have visited. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Had Eggs, Sausage links and patties, bacon and potatoes on top of the other things like the waffles, bagels and cereal. When I come up north again I will always choose this location.
