Room had not been cleaned after ladt person stayed. Bed unmaid, left over food in styrofoam containers left on counter, soap opened and used
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The person at the front desk did not speak good English and would not even acknowledge our issues. The room had mold all over bathroom ceiling. Ceilings looked dirty. The curtains were really dirty and would not close because they were hanging off the track at one end. Dust was everywhere plus there was a bad smell in our room and the entire hall. This place is beyond awful. Filth everywhere. 1/2 our group left after much arguing and persistence to get their money back. The rest couldn’t for lack of alternatives. Phones don’t work. Tv doesn’t work. Shower drain doesn’t work. The whole building is God awful dirty. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT WALK BAREFOOT ANYWHERE. I’m going to regret coming here. Hopefully nothing goes home with me.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Check in time is 3:00. We tried to check in on the night of the Luke Comb's concert around 4:45. Was told room wasn't ready. I told them unacceptable since the concert started at 5:20. They said it would be ready in 40 minutes. We left, came back at 6:00 and room still wasn't ready. We were not able to get into the room until almost 6:30. By the time we made it to the concert, we had already missed the first 3 opening acts. Unacceptable and the concert tickets were expensive.
