Had no problems
Booked a king, 2 queen, 2 person tub room. Called to confirm and we were told we would get the room we booked and paid for “if it was available”. Get to our stay and we sure lucked out because the room that we booked was indeed available. Thinking it couldn’t get any better that this hotel has already went above and beyond to get us in the room that we paid for it also came with fresh stains on the bed skirt and ceiling fan that hadn’t seen a rag, pledge or a simple feather duster in a year or so. Long story short I was driving from Michigan to Jacksonville after 12 hours of drive I felt like I need to sleep so I make a reservation through expida the room was for 115 so I went to the front office and I told him I have a reservation he said you need to pay extra for the early check in I was like I didn’t see that while I am doing the reservation he said expida won’t tell you that.
