We stayed in room 208. Our room was not clean. We had our small elderly dog with us. Within 5 minutes of checking into our room, he found a chicken bone under the couch. After wrestling it away from him, we looked under the couch and found more trash (see photos). In addition, I stepped on beads from a broken necklace that were all over the bathroom floor. We stayed at the Comfort Inn on a Saturday night. We made the reservations (which did not offer an accessible room as an option). We called the hotel and the young lady answering the phone was very pleasant and said no worries, they would have an accessible room ready for us. That sounded great, we booked and were on the way. We arrived and were greeted at the front desk in by the same young lady that helped us on the phone. Everything was looking great. We were given room 415 and off we went.
