Rooms were spotless and surroundings are quiet even though it is beside a 4 lane highway.
***Updated to say manager reached out, which I appreciate. Please ask for him if you have issues as he seems kind. Great location, convenient to freeway. That is where the good part ends. Staff was absolutely terrible and unhelpful on every shift, I was shocked at how they treated guests. We had many rooms rented out for guests from out of state. Our room (221) had a huge carpet stain, it was really noticable and right in the walkway. Very very expensive for such a rude staff and gross floor but the location was convenient f... read more
