Will not return. Dead bug left in toilet, mold in shower, lukewarm water in shower, no answer when trying to call the front desk multiple times... No meat available for breakfast... The bed was comfortable, and the t.v. and waffle makers worked.
There was a problem with getting toilet to flush. When I informed the person at the front desk, i was told I just had to press the button twice. I explained that I did press then pressed again then pressed and held down the button. She was about to give me another room when my husband informed me everything was good. So we stayed in the room. The service in this hotel is subpar. We had an emergency for which we needed to checkout early, but the manager, Shwetha, was not willing to accommodate our request. She came up with excuses to take advantage of the situation we were in. I would not recommend this hotel just because of the extremely poor service from the manager -- she didn't give any importance to our needs and did not even seem concerned about customer retention. LADIES STAY AWAY!! Booked through Expedia and what a disappointment. Booked 1 week, couldn’t stay 1 whole day. Broken sink to welcome me. Toilet paper in peep hole. (Scary) Men screaming in the room next door. Handprints on ceiling. Dirty sheets. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty rooms & weird stains (pictured) And when I contacted manger Ricky said I’d get a refund & early checkout. I got the check out early not the refund. Overall terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. NOT worth it.
Nice clean modern hotel, my only complaint is the workout equipment is old and outdated and doesn’t work.
