It’s fine for a quick overnight by the airport but I still wish I chose somewhere different. Mostly because there were problems the whole time. And when I went to check out this morning, at the check out time no one was there. The desk was a mess and there was a sign saying “we’ll be right back”. Which seemed odd to me when it was the checkout time so you think they would anticipate people checking out. I have to say that i’ve never had such bad experience in any hotel . Was told the elevator was out of work and hopefully can get fixed by this week. during 4days stay here, never had nobody come to fix. Have to walk through stairs every time. Get my phone charged before sleep, when wake up in the morning, my phone was still no power - the outlet broken (all 4 outlets by my bed) The mold washroom see pics The dirty curtain see pics The door see pics Your place Need Maintenance. 🧑
1 night stay GOOD: Hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating Good location Room was very clean Bed very comfortable BAD: Light switches are 2 ft off the floor. Walked into a dark room and couldn't find the lights. 2 TV s in my king size room,neither had a remote.Yes I looked in every drawer etc. Jetted tub...no stopper. After 5 flights I looked forward to a nice soak Cabinet with microwave/fridge had a handle just dangling Card reader for the room key smashed and hanging off the door(sure didn't make me feel very safe ... read more
Filthy rooms and horrible customer service. The manager and front desk staff were very rude. I guess you get what you pay for but I suggest paying a little more for anything better.
