Room had a chair and ottoman instead of sofa, no bottle water in room, no individual creamer or sugar for coffee inside room. Over. Price great if your just staying for a day or two. Longer definitely reconsider for comfortablity.

The worst business. I will never do any business with it.

Although our room could use some updating, all the really important issues were taken care of. We asked for late checkout and were granted it. The staff was professional and courteous, and my bed was perfect! I slept better than I do at home, and that's saying a lot. Thank you, Comfort Suites.

Comfort Suites Houston – Average Stay Our stay was okay, but unfortunately not as satisfactory as we expected. The sockets in our room were broken, and the internet connection was very poor, which made our stay less convenient. We were also unable to have breakfast as the food finished very quickly and was not enough. Apart from these issues, everything else was generally okay. With better maintenance, stronger Wi-Fi, and improved breakfast service, the overall experience could be much better.
