La peor experiencia hotelera de mi vida. Nos ubicó UNITED AIRLINES por un retraso en el vuelo. A la mañana siguiente salimos a dar un paseo, y al regresar 3 pm encontramos la habitación vacía y todas nuestras pertenencias en una bolsa plástica en el piso de un cuarto de servicios. Aclaro que el vuelo salía a las 8 pm. Nunca visto! Además, las instalaciones tienen mal olor, los colchones hundidos, almohadas viejas y alfombras mugrientas.
Terrible- Stay Away. Made a reservation on the choice app. Showed up at 5pm and no one was there. From 5pm-1am no one answered the phone or the door. I called Choice Hotels and they couldn’t reach anyone. 2nd night- same thing. No cars in the parking lot-Nothing. It was run down and dirty but after flying 5 hours and for $50… hey. This hotel is closed. Went by after a client booked since no one answered phone and lights were off, doors closed. THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO STILL TAKE RESERVATIONS....MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE!!!!
