Karia, one of the front desk associates, made my stay better by being kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot. I was disappointed though, because instead of having a laundry room like advertised on the internet. There is an advertised laundry facility but instead of a facility, it was a half broken washer and a half broken dryer. I recently stayed at this hotel a couple of days ago while on a trip to visit family, and I was pleased with the service. The front desk receptionist, Emily, was very lively and answered any questions I had. The rooms were good and just overall a good stay. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

When you walk in the hotel to the lobby it smells like mold I know the location is by the airport but for the price they need to redo the moldy building

Not a very good place to stay, front desk guy was not attentive at all had to look around for the elevator. Front door does not work. WIFI SUCKS!!!! I don't even think they can consider advertising that they have WIFI with as poor the quality was. Do not plan on watching anything as the tv's are not to great either. I should have picked somewhere else. I have never had a problem with Comfort hotels before and this one should be renamed for the poor help they have and horrible WIFI!
