We got into Gunnison late due to bus trouble and they were able to squeeze me into a room. The staff was friendly enough. The room door looked like it had been kicked in and missing a large portion around the door handle. The room was neat and clean but you could see significant signs of neglect on the building. They had a great spread for breakfast unless you're lactose intolerant like me. Right across the street from Walmart, which was nice!
The hotel was not nice, paint was terrible and the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. I got in at 11 pm and there was a malfunction with the software or something. I didn't get checked into my room until midnight. The front desk lady was nice and didn't charge me a pet deposit. Though I do think I should've gotten a discount on the room too. It was really expensive for a terrible quality hotel. I wouldn't recommend unless you have to stay there. The location was pretty good though.
The room did not cool well. The sink needs repaired. The staff are excellent and strive to please! I would come back if the occasion arises.
Room was clean and comfortable. Pool. Hot tub and breakfast good. Fitness room worthless.
Where do I start? This place looks normal on the website but is ran down! There is zero maintenance on the outside weeds over grown, grass is dry. The inside gets better, none of the lights work at the front desk but maybe one, pool closed, laundry room washer works but dryers NOT working, drapes & walls dirty. The touch up paint looked like a 6 yard old painted the walls on a good day, black scuff marks on the wall. drapes stained and falling apart. stairs dirty. the out side doors from the stairs did not work with key.
