I've been meaning to post a review for our stay here but unfortunately, have delayed. We stayed here in September of 2025 (I believe it was the 19th?). I can't remember which room.we were in. We've stayed a couple of times prior to that and have never experienced any issues. And while the concerns I had weren't deal breakers, it seems as though the pride in their building has gone significantly downhill - much of these concerns were relating to cleanliness/upkeep of the room. Called late night and they answered. Asked for a room and when I would be there then hung up. Wouldn’t answer the phone again. Nice business plan ya got there

My son and I recently stayed at the hotel on 11/18-11/22. The hotel staff are very incompetent and showed no customer service whatsoever. Out of the 6 nights we were there our room was “cleaned” one time. After several complaints (everyday) to the on duty manager BKaras she was very rude and unapologetic for housekeeping not cleaning our room. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.
