This was easily the worst hotel experience we’ve had in years. Thankfully our stay was only one night. We arrived in the middle of them remodeling/updating the hotel so there was a ton of old furniture out front taking up about half of the parking lot. Our room on the first floor was somehow midway through the renovation? Not sure why they even booked it out when it wasn’t complete. Beware: This hotel double charged me for a recent stay and their ownership and general manager refuse to refund for their mistake. The GM is completely unprofessional and refuses to take responsibility for an issue that occurred in their systems. The hotel is undergoing renovations currently, so it was a bit of a mess at check-in.

I've been meaning to post a review for our stay here but unfortunately, have delayed. We stayed here in September of 2025 (I believe it was the 19th?). I can't remember which room.we were in. We've stayed a couple of times prior to that and have never experienced any issues. And while the concerns I had weren't deal breakers, it seems as though the pride in their building has gone significantly downhill - much of these concerns were relating to cleanliness/upkeep of the room. Called late night and they answered. Asked for a room and when I would be there then hung up. Wouldn’t answer the phone again. Nice business plan ya got there

My son and I recently stayed at the hotel on 11/18-11/22. The hotel staff are very incompetent and showed no customer service whatsoever. Out of the 6 nights we were there our room was “cleaned” one time. After several complaints (everyday) to the on duty manager BKaras she was very rude and unapologetic for housekeeping not cleaning our room. I asked housekeeping Friday night while she was in our hallway to clean rooms and I showed her our room and asked her to clean it, she claimed to not understand me and said she didn’t ... read more
