When we arrived to our room it had an awful smell of mildew and mold. We waited for a good 30-40 minutes while they tried to find a solution. The manager, Sandy Whitehurst, walked up to me and said she a ozone blower that would temporarily pause the issue but she would give us 50% off for the inconvenience of us sitting in the lobby with luggage and driving 3 hours and no where to go.
