I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. I was briefly stopped outside and did not initially see a “No Parking” sign, which I understand. The General Manager, Paul Banta, approached and touched my car while I was inside instead of politely asking me to move. His tone was rude and confrontational, and when I calmly asked to be spoken to respectfully, the situation escalated rather than being handled professionally.
