CAUTION ⚠️ BEDBUGS. We were in room 120. I booked a jacuzzi tub in suite King bed for Valentine’s Day. (2 night reservation) it started off nice, then deteriorated quickly when we realized the suite shared a wall with housekeepings washroom. The first morning was incredibly loud, banging, yelling, doors slamming and dryers tumbling. It was unexpected. ‼️BEDBUGS‼️ We came to the area to meet a family friend. We decided to come a night early to get away for valentines and we got the suite with big tub with jets in the room. Room 120. Overall it was nice. Checked in Friday evening and relaxed. Very quiet. Our room key didn’t work a couple times. Had to get new ones. Tv worked, overall clean and new. I'm no treadmill connoisseur but this is the most quiet unit I've ever used. 10/10 experience.
This hotel is very conveniently located to major highways, restaurants, and shopping needs. The staff was so friendly and professional upon check in. Our room was very clean. The AC/ heating worked wonderfully. The coffee was kept fresh and hot all day. The value for this hotel is excellent and I have to think the manager is great to work for because the employees seemed very happy to be here. Some hotels at night can seem shady but this one is perched up on a hill right off the highway and was very quiet at night. No noise ... read more
