The room was very clean. The bed was super comfy. The shower had great water pressure and hot water for days. Would definitely recommend.
Hotel staff were accommodating and helpful. The lady who checked us in was so amazing and sweet. The breakfast was ok, not a ton of choices, but we all found something. Only gave 4 stars because of the room. Bathroom and floors were clean, but found nasty stains on the curtains (huge and gross) and bedding (just a spot on the comforter), and the hallway reeked of 🦨, but was taken care of by hotel management, so the rest of our stay was pleasant.
Room was clean but had an odor, not bad, just unusual. Lights all worked, which is always a concern for me. Like well lit rooms. Bathroom decent, fairly well lit, shower decent with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable with decent pillows. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. I travel with an 11 pound pup, so they are pet friendly, with a $15.00 fee of course. Well maintained. Maintenance was doing some hallway carpet cleaning when I checked in. First stay and it was great. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful in changing my reservation after I made a mistake with the wrong dates on Expedia. Very accommodating. Close to the highway but quiet inside. Housekeeping came everyday. We lacked for nothing. Breakfast was good.
