Good hotel love the whirlpools...not exactly a good location if you're looking to walk somewhere close by. Will go again
Clean lobby, fresh smell in the elevator, extremely clean room and a simple but perfect complementary hot breakfast. We really appreciated the noon check out time. It allowed for a more relaxed morning before we departed. Carol in the breakfast area was a hoot and very kind.
Staff was always around and friendly. Clean hotel. Surprisingly good breakfast. Would stay here again for sure. Great location to explore some different suburbs.
Response: LOL, so you want customers to pay more, to not have to pay a deposit, that’s what you’re saying…NEVER, in the 100s of choice hotels I’ve been to has ever had this ridiculous policy. What’s to stop you guys from taking a deposit once the customer gets there anyways? Dumb, your employee was extremely rude and disrespectful, you didn’t even apologize for that.
