This place charged me $150 cash deposit when I had a credit card on file. We stayed two days and when we went to check out and have the room inspected because I sprayed my cologne after getting out of the shower at check out time they said it smelled like cologne and kept my deposit and take into consideration that the cologne was Safari. At $100 a bottle I would like to think it smelled good but I'm just a patron. These people knew what they were going to do from the beginning. We stay here on our way to PCB every time we go on vacation.. Great location, easy access, rooms are very clean and staff was very friendly. I also recommend going to the movie set of "BIG FISH" BY TIM BURTON.. It's not very far down the road from this hotel
They charged me 15 dollars they say for damage lining ok come on now mind you when I called to see why I was charged cause I seen no blood anywhere before I checked out so when I called she said damaged lining so I was like boom okay one of my kids may of had a nose bleed in the middle of the night so I said your telling me if someone goes to sleep and has a nose bleed your gonna charge them 15 dollars she then said well that's a little. different so I'm trying to see why tell hell I got charged 15 dollars for that Horrible ... read more
Came in and cleaned my room when I only stayed 2 nights. Many hotels don’t do that anymore after Covid. Good breakfast & customer service!
Phenomenal! I know this is a two star hotel but I’m giving it five stars!! The staff were courteous, professional, and polite. While many of the fixtures and furniture are a little dated, everything is kept in good condition and clean. You can tell that this hotel has had some wear & tear yet it is well cared for & clear that the owners & managers care about the condition and experience of the guests.
