Editing to add: GM states she spoke to me on Wednesday but I actually have never once spoken to her because they never answer their phones. All my communication has gone through Choice Hotels directly. Glad the flea issue was taken care of, still doesn't solve the fact that we are still charged for rooms that weren't stayed in. These photos were taken the night of 10/13/2025 in room 204. Hotel is refusing to compensate our rooms after leaving in the middle of the night after finding these bugs. We rented 3 rooms for our family. Check in simple. When I had a problem in our room they immediately resolved the issue with kindness. Gaasbga was amazing. Thank you
