Recently called the hotel direct about a past reservation and was hung up on. No offer was made to give me another phone number to call. Very poor customer service.
This place did not feel like a comfort in It felt like a Marriott. It was extremely clean very proper staff and was very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable The showers were big and nice
I have stayed in this hotel twice in the past year and both times I have been super impressed with their customer service! The front desk employees are so kind and helpful. They even switched our room when we had a loud neighbor! (I’m sure that’s not always available especially if they’re booked up but luckily they had an empty room!) They allowed us to bring our cat which always seems to be a feat in itself. And not to mention the price for what you get, great!!!
