We arrived on a delayed flight at 1:30 am. Upon arrival, the night receptionist told us we had to come down early in the morning to request a late check out. After receiving the late check out at 8 am, our door was opened with no knock which woke us after a 15hr travel day. Once we checked out, we were told that bags could not be stored behind the front desk without manager approval. One suggestion going forward, breakfast has been late and by 6am no one is there. Due to this, early workers arent able to get breakfast. Thank you.
