The hotel is clean and well laid out. It’s also in a good location and the complementary breakfast was the best we had. However our room had a broken latch on the door and the paint and tile in the bathroom were in disrepair. The wifi access must’ve used up their cap, because it was at modem speed. I had to tether to do anything.

Checked in here and the rooms toliet seat was only fastened by one bolt, so it was very loose. Asked for another room, got settled in and was going to watch TV but no remote to be found. While looking for the remote I did find an apple core that appeared to be pretty old and a pile of sweeping behind bathroom door. Room smelled bad. Moved to the third room, no problems. Desk clerk did not care, was not nice and didn't want to get out of her chair to speak to me. Very rude. Would not recommend.

Convenient location, clean rooms, not the most competent staff. Came with 5 friends looking for 3 rooms. We had to explain to the clerk repeatedly that we needed three separate rooms. She kept trying to put all 5 of us in one room. After I finally got my single room she tried to put the other four in a single room. Took way too long for her to understand what we were saying. Must have been a mix up with our reservation originally, but they got it fixed. Our room only had 3 bath towels.
