On the date of 3/30/26. I booked a room through the Choice app be caused I am a member but the app selected the wrong location after i typed in the location in which I was stopping for the night . I tried to resolve the issue by talking to the Waller desk at the Comfort inn to hear her manager Valijnder refused to assist me in transferring the money to another Partner Comfort inn or cancelling so that I could rebook my room with the same Network Choice. The hotel is in a very good location. The front desk is very, very good. The quality of the rooms and the quality of the service are very good. I highly recommend staying here.
VERY NICE HOSPITALITY. BREAKFAST WAS FRESH EVERY MORNING. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY HELPED OUR FAMILY WHILE WE WAITING FOR OUR HOME TO BE READY!!!
