Horrible experience! The first night was in a room that did not smell good, like an old musty hotel. Also, we discovered the next day that the room was infested with ants that ruined my wife's birthday cake. We were moved to another room in which the air conditioning did not work and it was 90+ degrees that day! We asked to cancel the 3rd night of our stay and was told that would not be a problem, however, management refuses to refund the final night of our stay....we were lied to by the hotel!
There are Several hotels in the circle, but the Comfort Inn & Suites is the best Quality for the money. They have the friendliest staff, the cleanest rooms and the best Hot breakfast. Great place to stay.
First time at this location. We were very impressed with the room! This is the best one we ever stayed at! Breakfast was great! Staff that we ran into was friendly and helpful and very nice. We were in a suite and I only have two minor issues. First was the sitting area was kind of warm due to the a/c being on the other side of the room. The other was the sink area not being in the bathroom. This may have been designed for the appearance of a larger room.
