Very bad service, rude stuff, noisy room, smoking every where
Not the best location, but if you account for traffic, you can get into Manhattan relatively quickly. The rooms are fine, with microwave, good fridge, coffee maker. The most infuriating part of this hotel is the excruciatingly slow single elevator, with an alarm on the staircase doors which takes an hour to turn off every time someone triggers it. If you have only one elevator, people -will- use the stairs, please disable the alarm so guests can sleep. The breakfast was limited but OK. The keycards, even though they are not ... read more
