Mr. Patel was very friendly and helpful at the front desk our first night. The air wasn’t working in the room but surprisingly swapping out the batteries in the thermostat did the trick. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The pool was a bit chilly and the pool room was extremely loud. Adding something to dampen the sound would provide a major improvement to the experience.
We stayed in a room with a king bed on the third floor. Our experiences with check in and check out were great. The staff were very nice and efficient during this process. The bathroom was very clean as was the room itself. The downfall; however, was the sleeping situation. The mattress was very hard, and the pillows were extremely flat and dilapidated.
Great hotel with a beautiful view of Blueridge Mountains.
