Guys we traveld from Abilene tx to Lubbock 4th of July weekend to Celebrate our sisters Bday. And our stay here at Comfort suites west in the place to stay at. From the time we arrived to the time we left all and clean all the staff and other travelers were nice respectful excellent… helpful. And the breakfast was amazing….. This has been my favorite comfort inn to stay when I'm in Lubbock. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. However, during my last visit there was a dirty washcloth in the shower and the bathtub had obviously not been cleaned. If there had been another room available, which I doubt because the hotel appeared full, it was too late in the evening to deal with it so I just went to bed.
Great place to stay, morning breakfast was really good also. Their people were extremely helpful n nice!
Cinnamon the lady at night was very nice and offered to help me with a leak on one of my tires. And the couple that works there are great. Thank you!
