Hair all over the bathroom and shower, looked like it hadn’t been clean in a while. When we called front desk to ask when the last time it was cleaned or if they have Clorox wipes or something, they front desk said their not management and “that’s what you get when you don’t stay at your own own.” Like what?! No hospitality or any sense of trying to help out their customers at all. No one should stay here if they treat their customers like this and don’t care to clean their rooms fully.

One of the hotel guests here was being creepy to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I tried to let an employee know. The employee was out in front of the hotel smoking. I had to walk through his smoke to get in the front door. I couldn’t even tell he was an employee until he walked in a while later and asked me if I needed anything. He looked very unkempt and more like a vagrant than an employee. We were referred to this hotel from another hotel because they were booked. This hotel is newly renovated. Very nice an affordable pricing for an unexpected stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with accommodating my large family. He allowed us to look at a room to make sure it would fit our family, which I thought was going above and beyond. The only issue I had was our AC stopped working during the night so we woke up a little cranky.
