Great place I stay there all the time and they always take really good care of me
I had a family member in the hospital and needed to stay overnight on two separate occasions a few weeks apart. On the first visit, the room rate was significantly lower than on the subsequent visit. The pricing seemed inconsistent, and it appeared that the staff at the front desk were influencing the rates. During one stay, the staff acknowledged my rewards membership, which resulted in complimentary water and snacks, and they were very accommodating. The room was way overpriced. There was a lot of deferred maintenance in the public areas of the hotel. In the room we stayed in, the fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and corroded. The toilet paper was the thinnest I have ever seen. When you charge someone $200+/night, in a run of the mill hotel, you better deliver! Sadly, I will stay else where next time I travel through Lubbock.
