I am super upset about what happen. We came up to see my in laws. We got 2 days and we loved our first room so much that we decided to stay up 2 more days. Then, we went up north, for a few days and then we had one night that we wanted to spend with his parents. And after we did, we went to get the hotel at comfort inn. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Dirty room, did not look like they cleaned it at all. Comforter was yellow and stained and disgusting. Towels were not clean at all!!!!! Towels were folded and put in the bathroom with hair and stains and makeup all over them. Staff was friendly when I asked for a new comforter, but new towels were not given.

Front desk and breakfast attendant gave me attitude when I simply asked why there was no breakfast at 7am when breakfast is supposed to be up until at least 9. She blamed it that the truck comes today. Lady if you're low on inventory you head over to your local GFS and buy product for your guests who are paying for it. Instead of making excuses.

Rachel and Angelina were phenomenal. As we were staying here during a hard time with our family they went above and beyond for us. Thank you guys sooooo much!
