DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. PLEASE. THE STAFF ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISHONEST WITH THEIR GUESTS. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. MY HUSBAND CONTACTED THE GENERAL MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE, AND NOT ONCE DID WE RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
Good location in general and has a helpful staff. Unfortunately they raised their prices on concert nights. It wasn’t too bad at first, but now it’s more than doubled. The amount they charge for points is ridiculous too 40k !! I won’t stay there anymore concert otherwise.
Just had an over night stay and was pleased with my experience. Clean lobby and rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was a good size. The breakfast was decent omelets were good and the biscuits and gravy weren't bad. The area to get food was very small and dining area as well but overall a good experience.
