Stayed at the hotel from 10/11-10/12/25 and it was horrible. Be careful. The location at 6860 Goodman in Olive Branch Ms is not a safe location. The front desk gave a man ,who was a stranger ,a key to me and my sister's room,WHILE I WAS CHANGING WHEN HE WALKED IN! The only compensation that they offered my sister was a 15%discount on her next stay at their location. The front desk was no help in giving speaking to management and threatened to call the police when my sister inquired about how this happened!! She was not rude ... read more
I was looking for a place while traveling across the country. I was initially drawn in by the 4.3 star rating and thought it couldn't be beat. Upon arrival the place seems like it has everything you'd expect given its rating but if you take a deeper look it had a few issues that make it not worthy of its current rating. The main lobby is nice enough and is complete with a dinng area for the complimentary breakfast and a lounging area with a TV. Quite and tucked away.. yet still kinda messy..
On initial check-in i would have given it probably an overall 4. After the housekeeping service of the room and the lack of response after bringing it to the front desk... a 2 at best. I was visiting my Lady on vaction so it also was time for her to be away from dailyl stress to relax. After being asked if we needed housekeeping service. We go out so I can see her city sight seeing, etc. After being gone ALL day to come back to the bed being stripped, sheets left on the couch, blanket over our luggage that's been through air... read more
