The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The only minor downside was the sound of doors closing from nearby rooms, which startled me a little during the night. Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay
Truly one of the worst stays I've had in a hotel in my life. Parking was an absolute nightmare. The actual hotel had MAYBE 12 parking spots for the entire hotel (and that's being generous). I had to park in another hotel lot, almost half a mile away from the actual hotel I was staying at. Once we got into the room, the TVs are insanely outdated. Come to New Albany every year. We've stayed in several hotels in the past, but stay at the Comfort Inn for the last few years. Nice hotel, clean, and the staff are great. I left my camera in the room when I checked out. Called the hotel and spoke with Joe. He sent it back to me - KUDOS to Jeff!
Advertised healthy breakfast, pool, ev chargers. No healthy options, ev chargers were first used as parking spaces for employees and then I was told they didn't work. Pool was closed. Arrived to vaping in the lobby and someone threatening to call the cops on someone else staying there. Breakfast area is very dirty, common areas were dirty and worn. I spoke to the front desk who was unfriendly and just didn't care. Update: As I was leaving the front desk person yelled down the hall, "Have a nice day. Thanks for the review. "
