This is the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I’m 3 states away from home for a funeral, no mention of deposit when booking online, first room was dirty, had no toilet paper or towels, unwashed bedding with what looked to be pee stains, and fleas covering both beds!!! 2nd room nothing works in, including the A/C Controls. So it’s 65 degrees constantly even after turning the controls off! The front desk was no help and told us that there’s nothing she could do and we would just have to basically deal with ... read more
Terrible, employees were oblivious, no AC control, microwave broken, fleas and pee stains on the bed
