Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and updated. Great options for free breakfast. Very close to downtown Louisville without having to spend a lot of money.
Location was great and easy to travel over to the Indiana Reptile Breeders Expo which happens once a month at the mall there. (In the Old Toys R Us Building) Stayed Sunday July 19th to Monday the 20th, The service upon entry was fantastic, the dude working the front desk was very informative, and helped us get checked in quickly. The Room was impressive and very clean....the pillows could have been better, but the bed was comfortable. We were concerned at first because our room smelled very bad. However, the staff was amazimg and looked into the room. We then got a new room. It was great service
We stayed here for one night during a trip to the area for a family reunion. We encountered a few hiccups with the booking process but overall our stay was great. The rooms were clean and the breakfast selection was fantastic. David was especially helpful in helping to navigate changes to our reservation and was very friendly
Rooms were spacious, but not cleaned well. The housekeeping kept taking the towels each day and only leaving us with 1, so I had to call the front desk every day to get a few additional. Carpets in the hallways are a tripping hazard
