We recently stayed at this location during Derby week. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The manager, Joe, and the front desk clerk (I forgot her name but it was only her 3rd day) were very efficient and friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. The entire hotel was clean. The free breakfast was also decent and well maintained. Great location right off the highway and easy access to shopping and restaurants. It is a quick, easy drive to downtown Louisville.
The rooms, staff and atmosphere were excellent. The breakfast was amazing with more options than most. The only reason for the 4 star rating was the price, which was almost $700 for a 2 night stay. Other than that it was great.
Great rooms, wonderful friendly staff, complete breakfast.
Clean and comfortable. Good for the price. No problems.
