Spacious room clean in a quiet location
Rooms are clean and Spacious. Breakfast is good. Only suggestion I have is for them to have an ATM on the property. There are washers & Dryers on each floor that you need quarters to use. I had to go to the bank to get Quarters, Or have signage saying that. But, all in all I enjoyed our stay. If we ever come back to Michigan we will stay here.
We stayed here for 5 nights for a little league state tournament! We are a family of 5, we stayed in the King suite and it was perfect for us! The rooms and facility are perfectly clean. The pool and fitness area is top notch. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is the best I’ve come across at a hotel. Kind, helpful and fun! They were celebrating with my son as he came back from games! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Check-in was slow because they kept adding a $25 deposit fee on everybody who was checking. I signed up for and book this hotel through the companies website not a third-party. The Assessability at the handicap parking was nowhere to be found. I had to take my disabled mother behind cars through the parking lot up to the front door, where that is the only place there is a ramp not at the handicap parking. Let me just say WOWWWWW!! This hotel and its staff are exceptional!! Clean rooms, great breakfast, and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and great at customer service! If i could give them 20 stars i would!! Its no wonder they have the RING OF HONOR award for 3 years in a row and on their way this year to be the BEST OF CHOICE!! Kudos to all of your staff, keep up the great work! I will definitely be a returning guest!!
