My husband and I stayed here while transitioning between selling our and moving into our new one. While looking for rooms they gave the best rate. Flint needs to lower their hotel prices! Everyone has been so kind!
Terrible Management Stayed in room 100 for our dog and there were several ink stains on the floor that looked faded like someone had already tried to clean them up, so we didn't say anything. After checking out we were charged an extra $150 for the stains. When we called to ask about the charges the manager said the staff said the stains were new and refused to cancel the extra charges. It says pet friendly. They don’t let you have pets in the Jacuzzi rooms. Then when we tried to use their actual Jacuzzi, there was a bunch of people in at the place was trashed. They wouldn’t let us in it. The Jets didn’t work. They wouldn’t refund money they’re completely full of crap and their customer service sucks the place stinks. In the trash and dog poop bags were scattered all over outside.
Terrible Management I was given room 115 on a friday and after 2 hours in the room a lady and her daughter open my door and walk in while im having sex They quickly leave then the front desk lady pounds on the door asking me if im in the correct room I had to get dressed and go down to the desk and prove I was in the room given to me She assured me I would be compensated for my trouble BUT I had to wait for the manager well that was 4 days ago and nobody has returned any of my calls This is unacceptable If you have any issue... read more
OUR ROOM SMELLED LIKE WEED AND POT! Service was pretty bad they didn’t help us with the issues we needed help with! Breakfast started at 630 and ended at 9:30 and who in the heck ends that fricken early ?
