Horrible experience at this location!! Guy at the front desk came INTO OUR ROOM in the middle of the night, while we were asleep, to tell us their system messed up that they needed to run my card again. Absolutely ridiculous. And now the manager will refuse to refund or even speak to me about the situation. Terrible customer service. If you’re that concerned about the situation you have my contact information to make it right.
Worst! Hotel ever. I am covered in bed bug bites!!! Has to throw away a lot of my clothes.
Don’t stay here a lot of the rooms got bed bugs
