Very nice and clean! Room actually had a ceiling fan!

How can this be a 3-star hotel? This rating system must be a joke! Booked 2 rooms 2 nights Oct 2025 for my family to visit San Marcos. This hotel was so terrible that we left after 1 night (not a penny refund). First, the smell was really bad in the rooms. It's a weird smell mixture of chemical and other unknown things. Furniture looks dirty and shabby. The lamp by my side was just without bulb. And one bulb flicked when we moved in. The front desk clerk very rude and does not like her job.. ring bell and still waited 15 minutes for her to come. Came out and sighed cuz she couldn't finish watching tv
