Rooms need remodeling! Our room had damaged wall, dirty furniture, needs fresh paint, everything was grimy.

I stayed here and I left the next morning. They didn't charge me for incidential because of my platinum level. I ended up coming back to the same hotel at check the guy at the front desk without telling me charges the price of the room that I booked online plus 162 saying that I smoked in the room. Which was nonsense. Then she refunded me but it messed up my bank account now I have to pay overdraft fees and wait for my money. Horrible service will never stay here again

Out in Texas for work. Booked 2 rooms. It was 40 degrees outside and had no heat in either room. One room on the 1st floor and the other on the 3rd. Went to take a shower and no hot water. Complained but got no different results.

I'll start by saying that the staff was awesome . I was on the third floor on the side closest to the 24 hour gas station - ask for a room on the opposite side-every oil field worker must use it to get fuel...if ykyk...their trucks are very loud & they work weird hours. The doors stuck so every time someone went into or left a room you could hear it, especially the neighbors. The hotel wasn't full but people were placed in rooms next to each other, my neighbors were very loud. I requested a room that was quiet, I get some no... read more
