We flew in from the east coast. Tried to see if they would let us check in early. Big fat NO! So we had to drive around til checkin time. Go to check in and 2 new girls who didn’t know what they were doing tried for over 30min to do so. Tried to down grade our king for 2 doubles. Said they couldn’t find a room for us, and had to call a co-worker 5 times to ask her what to do. The bar was bust an ear drum loud. The room had a lot of very old and worn down places. If you’re looking for a place to stay, keep looking. The bar was so loud we could hear it on the third floor. The furniture is falling apart and the ac unit was loud but the music down stairs would actually drown it out. The girl that checked us in was very nice, that was the only nice part of the hotel.
The beds are ok,,, but they have mold in the AC I also found 3 cockroaches 🪳 the cleaning 0 out of 5 I stayed 4 nights and only 1 day they came to change my towels 🙄 I put the towels outside the door to force them to change them but they leave them in the same place and don't change them….
We stayed our first night. But 2nd night there were roaches in our bed!! My sister had a different room and had left a cookie in a box. When she returned there were roaches all in it! We left a cup with little bit of dried OJ and there were roaches in it. We were worried to eat breakfast because what if they had roaches in the food. So we didn’t eat anything. Disgusting! We left at 1am and the night clerk said she would tell the manager but didn’t offer anything else for our inconvenience. Avoid at all cost!
If you want a quite Saturday night I guess ask for the third floor. They have live music and all I wanted was a quite Saturday. My floor is vibrating as well as my desk. I am here as I write this and I have called the desk three times to see when its over. No one has answered to even say please hold.
